Great customer service, really friendly and inviting
I love this shop bought my first vape here. Back when the shop opened. I have been back lot's. I have bought about 5+ vape the staff are brilliant very knowable polite and friendly. I always have a laugh Steven Morrison and Kile can't fault them brilliant staff members

Disgusting customer service. I've spent a lot of money in this shop over the last year and I bought something that is clearly faulty and tried to return it. Only to be told "There is nothing we can do". I'm pretty sure there is something you can do... REPLACE IT. I will not use this shop again and I don't recommend anyone else using it either. Edit : Ecigs Scotland are just up the road and are much more helpful.

I called vaporized on sunday just before closing but still ten minutes before they closed to say i would be up in 5 mins to be told he had already cashed up. i was looking for 6 weeks worth of liquid to take offshore ad i have been vaping for 2 years now. Cheers vaporized i am back on cigarettes thanks to your help
