What can’t I say about Artisan Timer, they where all so helpful when it came to my new flooring. I went to them with a rough idea of what I wanted and they have helped me create a wonderful home. They showed me the best products around and even helped with the measuring of my rooms to make sure I don’t buy more than I needed. They where always there when I had a question and helped me through the process of remodelling my home. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you Andy, Joe and the rest of the team. I will be telling everyone who needs quality flooring to come to you guys.

We struggled to find the right type of wood flooring/pattern for our entire ground floor. We popped into Artisan and were pleased with the selection of samples, the salesman was very helpful and we ended up selecting a beautiful Kahrs Danish Parquet design. Andy Walker came for the site visit, and was very knowledgeable and flexible with regards to a few challenges (uneven floors). Unfortunately, the initial fitters were unable to perform the challenge of fixing the unlevel floor - we got straight on to the phone to Andy who sorted it the next day with another fitter who rose to the challenge and ended up working long hours to get the results we had been sold. A few years on, a defect occurred to one of the step down planks, Andy came out and personally fixed it without any quibble. We continue to use Artisan for all out flooring needs, and highly recommend him to friends and family.

In my working life I have to have dealings with many different companies and have had the, all to frequent, frustrating, experience of companies not doing what they promise they will do, whether it's delivery issues, or quality issues, or just communication problems...... There were none of these issues with Artisan Timber.....they are easy to talk to, friendly, offer great products, delivered sooner than expected, competitively priced, knowledgable of products and everything you would expect to find in a good company. When I need quality timber again, they will definitely be my first port of call. I shall recommend your company at every opportunity and wish you every success. Many thanks.

Same old story I'm afraid. Just another Company making lots of promises about quality and expertise. Not too impressed when paying £10k for a new Tedd Todd floor to be installed that they leave halfway through the job to complete another project. As with a lot of tradesmen these days they always have plenty of excuses as to why it isn't there fault. After getting fed up for them to return to finish the work I decided to get someone else to finish it. When explaining why they do not finish one job before starting another we were told "that is not our business model. Let me give you some advice gentlemen perhaps it should be.
