Best kebab about - no idea why the bad reviews. Their chefs special kebab could feed more than 6 and so delicious.

Appalling!!!!!! The 1 star is just for the driver! Otherwise I wouldn't even give that!! So tonight my husband ordered a half pounder burger requesting ketchup and a portion of cheesy chips when the burger arrived he paid for the meal sat down and unwrapped his food to find his burger was smothered in burger sauce and not ketchup. Fuming he rang up the store and requested a new burger, after the manager had SWORE down the phone at my husband he was told 10 min's. ... 10 mins later and no burger,( my husband has also a form of alsperges syndrome and is very temperamental )so at this point I personally rang up my self as I knew he would be abusive over the phone.. I apologised (for peace) on my husbands behalf for being rude prior to me calling and asked how long this burger would be. At the same time (as I know my husband very well like most wives and partners do) I requested for fresh chips as he will not eat his meal seperately and would complain about the chips being cold, the bloke on the phone said ok and shortly after the door went... It was the delivery driver... with just the burger!.., I asked politely if we could refund the burger and chips so the driver called his boss to check if this was ok. Unfortunately he did not accept, so I rang the store and spoke directly to the manager asking yet again very politely and calmly for a refund as that was our right if the order was incorrect. He refused, I honestly don't know what came over me at this point but I took the drivers phone out of his hand and put it behind my back explaining to the manager that I have his employers phone. The manager did not seem to care and would not even call the police when I asked him to.. he said his employer can if he wants to!! I was gobsmacked, not only did he not care about his customers but he didn't care about his employers too!!!!! I told the manager that I will be getting in the drivers car with my husband to your restraunt and we will not be leaving until we receive a refund. The driver really did not want to go through with this, he was very patient, considerate and calm during this period and very polite.. I totally felt bad for him bit he was my leverage and if you are reading this I 100% apologise for dragging you into it all. The driver expressed he would rather issue the refund out of his own pocket than go up there and who knows what will happen. We accepted half the money out of principle and stubborness as not the drivers fault although we do feel terrible for taking it and if your reading would like you to take it back.. lovely driver but appalling manager!! Absolutely disgusted and would never go there again because he was so rude, inconsiderate, uncaring, and selfish really. But for the people who will order anyway my one piece of advice would be to check the order before paying!!

If you like meat you can't go wrong with Artemis. For a budget take away they are the best. Personal favourite, lamb shish wrap or lamb shish on pita with salad 👍
