Have received the most beautiful authentic Scottish brooch through today from Art Pewter. Fantastic service, really quick delivery, the packaging and brooch are wonderful. Thank you, I love it!
While I have purchased some items at this shop, their customer service is terrible. One item I purchased was faulty, when though I emailed Art Pewter Silver multiple times, over several weeks to try and resolve the matter, I received no response and no assistance. I would advise others to avoid this online store. Customer service and communication is nonexistent.
