Too small outlet size comparing to the crowd or probably the layout isn't efficient. The staff isn't service minded together with the pretty poor merchandise lay out, the merchandise search is quite time consuming and boring. The security staff traffic management caused in addition the shopping experience unpleasant.

My first experience of a live game, fantastic atmosphere taken to see Arsenal vs Liverpool which was a epic match. Unfortunately I can't change clubs :D. Coys
