This company is a joke. Using it in Luton and Dunstable area and seriously my advice for everyone is to avoid it if you can. Use any other mean of transport if you can - car, bike, scooter... Very rarely on time, often late 40-50 minutes. Drivers are rude with few honourable exceptions. Buses are also dirty and uncomfortable. One star is in my opinion too much... I've started to save for a new car, wanted to be eco-friendly but I won't waste my life on bus stops waiting forever and stressing out if I'll make on time to my work.
The company is ok but would need to improve, at least cleaning the buses inside are dirty, more suitable buses for routes like 321, Z&A and more double deckers. And I would say stop changing the prices and routes every few months which is annoying. Otherwise company is ok better
Each and every second day Z bus from galaxy getting late. This is the pick time for all for work and student's, always reaching late just because of buses. Everyday we can not say at work we are late because of bus. This is really madness.nnIs anyone there to see what’s going on daily ??????????????? Stop the busses if you don’t want to run. So will figure out some different transportation. You people don’t care about anything
This company is terrible. The buses are very delayed or cancelled, especially bus 24 luton wchich my daughter goes to college.
The worst bus service in luton always late roads be empty its still up to 30-45 mins late for school. Rude drivers lazy recluse driving.
