Arriva bus drivers need to get their acts together. Some of the timetables never run on time and some drivers decide they are not going to stick to the route, missing out some stops completely when it's inconvenient for them to navigate parked vehicles. I contacted arriva head office about 2 incidents and received an apology.
Bus drivers pick and choose whether or not to collect or drop people off on a diversion route. Missed several important appointments due to this with unsympathetic, uninformed, and often rude drivers giving different reasons as to why if not refusing to speak to me. Horrific service.
this company is a failure. Line 31 goes when it wants, the buses just don't come and the company considers it normal. Due to the fact that the buses do not run regularly, they do not come at set times, my son has a low grade at school because there is no way to get to school on time. Today again, an hour and a half late, the bus just didn't come, son had to walk over 3 miles to school. I wonder what am I paying for? I buy my child a monthly bus pass, while they just don't come. And they want more wages? what for?

The bus going straight past my granson not 1 but 2 because they was full, They should put bigger buses on in a morning when busy,
Busses never turn up kn time after 6pm. If you ask a driver why busses have been missed out completely youbare met with rude replies. Going home from work youbdont expect them to miss outb2/3 busses in a row and not be able to ask why. As a woman I don't expect to be spoken to aggressively when doing so.
Absolutely woeful service yet again drivers refusing to stop at bus stops and just driving past. No excuses as the bus previously stopped which wasnt my bus. Somebody needs to get a grip of these clowns and tell them to provide a service we are paying for
My Grandaughter left her phone on the 365 and a quick call to Arriva and they got the bus driver to check for the mobile iPhone 12 and thankfully he found it and we picked it up the next day safe and sound. Brilliant bus driver and service
