Disgusted with the driver on the number 82 bus from chester to northwich. My daughter waited for an hour today for the bus, she got on it and put a £20 note down and asked for a ticket and he said " get off my bus" she asked why and he said " im not changing that, get off ". Big brave man to speak to a young lady like that, i challenge him to speak to a man like it. He shouldnt be working with the public, plus he's losing arriva money. What a vile man you have working for you.

wish the bus drivers knew how to drive like today got the 1a at 4.20pm he closed door soon as I step in and showed my ticket he pulled straight put before I got chance to sit. I was flung all way down to bottom of bus and there he turms corner Ibang my head. np aapologise
