This does not deserve even one star because ICaught the bus from the ribble bus station put my card on the reader only to discover that the driver pushed my hand away & I cut myself on the glass as I put my hand through l swore at him he deserved it & he will be reported!

Went to ask a few questions. A old chap who presented himself as the manager was very rude then stormed out the office swaring balling at members of public. It was something similar to on the busses. Arriva need to get a grip of that office.

Very poor ,they need to have more change on the busses.Today i was getting the bus 44 and i gave £20 punds to get a ticket and as the ticket was printed i wanted to take it but the driver snatched it from my hand and tells me he doesn’t have enough change.He gives me £8 pounds and tells me to got to the arriva building to collect the £10 pounds.I went to the building and the man that was there told me that he cannot give me the money because the driver has to give it to him.Then he tells me that i should have the correct amount for the ticket and gives me a nasty attitude and i said ok i will come in 2 hours to collect it.After 2 hours i go to get the money he goes to me “Oh here is the £10 pounds girl”and laughs like how rude can you be.Then i get the 44 bus again and the driver goes”The £10 pound girl ,did you get your money” that is ridiculous behaviour.The staff is absolutely very rude ,I suggest that the staff should improve their attitude towards their clients.

Buses are late most of the time. Granted the traffic is bad sometimes but not all of the time. Had my fair share of drivers giving me grief and friends but.
