Can attend to bus garage if you lost property but they never answer your call when you dial the phone. Have to go there.

Treated so badly by a driver on FastTrack A yesterday that I'm in shock at his attitude. He was like a playground bully. I'm an older lady with my disabled granddaughter in a buggy and known to many of the drivers as I use the buses all the time and often travel with my daughter who is disabled also. I have made a complaint to the garage but they have said that it will take 10 days to get back to me. He was absolutely confident that he will not be reprimanded and even said that he doesn't wear his badge. It was humiliating and I didn't deserve it and I want an apology. He threw my ticket away and when I asked for it he said that I obviously have 'form' for not taking my ticket!!!!! What is that about??? I want an apology and if I don't here from Arriva I will go to the MP because there is CCTV on the buses so it will show how he treated me.

Absolutely disgusting service, my children have to rely on the bus company to get to and from school, not only have this bus company just driven past my kids leaving them at the bus stop several times, over the last few weeks my children have been left waiting at bluewater for their bus to school and as i am writing this now the bus should of been there at 7:50 this morning and yet it hasn’t turned up and its now 9:25,. i do not drive and i have rung round all taxi company’s who are also busy during school run time. So please arriva why ?

terrible service just got told by the 490 drivet that he has been told not to drive to bluewater due to him alteady being late best part is i had already bought a ticket and he waited till we got to greenhithe mcdonalds to tell me now im going to be late to work due to your companys incompetence dont see the point of having a bus route if the drivers can pick and choose if they will follow it.
