As a tenant with ATF for around 6 years, I found them polite, quick to respond, and very efficient over my time there. Repairs were arranged rapidly with minimum fuss. Deposit and close out also hassle free!

Amazing repairs service – easy to report things online and they will be sorted asap. Had a new washing machine that was meant to be delivered and installed by Currys (and old one taken away), but instead was just left in my kitchen! However Around Town Flats were quick to organise a contractor to come out and sort everything out on the same day.

It took me literary 3 working days from viewing the property to having the keys. All my friends and I couldn't believe it. Excellent services and customer care. Very flexible and to beyond to offer satisfaction to their customers. I would certainly recommend them to friends.

During the year living in one of the properties of Around Town Flats we have been very happy with them and we did´t have any problem. They have always been keen to answer any questions we had and provide all the help we needed. They are a very professional and hard-working team.
