I am a regular customer and am still chasing the good experiences I had few years ago with no luck... .but I do feel there should a percentage off when you have had bad experiences to keep good customer service, which is not offered i am extremely disappointed at times . I have had the therapist talking about her lifestyle when I wanted to enjoy the treatment in peace. After complaining there was no compensation for any good will.all I have done is reduce my treatments by 50% which is their loss
Highly recommend Rita! I had a Thai oil massage today. She picked up on my problem areas without me mentioning them. Such a lovely place and very relaxing. Much needed me time ‍
Edit: manager refuses to give partial refund and generally bad customer service. Would never recommend. I agree with the other negative reviews. Why is management arguing with people who have bad experiences? What reason do people have to lie ? And why would I go out of my way to have a bad experience?? deep tissue massage is meant to be invigorating and a positive experience not leave you with massive skin irritation and be entirely unsatisfying during. Edit 2: No idea what substance was used but it is 11pm and I have had two showers and my skin is red-raw from itching with welts all over. I have never reacted like this in my life. I am in real pain. I am going to see a doctor in the morning and I advise anyone against this place. I feel deeply regretful over coming here. Review: I have tried a number of different massage places and I am sorry to say but this was one of my worst. It was bland, not relaxing, and boring. Just rubbing up and down with cheap and itching baby oil. Far too much oil to have any friction at all. Too much pressure in all the wrong places like neck and spine. Too little pressure in the right places - like muscles around calves and arms. Massage motion all wrong - no relaxation involved just completely rapid up and down motions. Wanted it to be over 15 mins in but didn’t want to be rude. £55 for that is just unbelievable. Also travelled from Bolton as the reviews were so rave. Sorry but top 3 worst massage I’ve ever had.
Great massage today with Kung. I'm a cyclist and spend a lot of time working at a desk. She worked so hard at straightening out my neck, upper back and legs. She used feet, elbows, toes and hands. There is no gain without pain and there was a joint effort to get everything right. I was feeling better at the end and walking upright with no neck pain. Proper Thai oil massage in a very modern and relaxing facility. Highly recommend.
Have been going here for many years but think our visits will be greatly reduced in future as getting too expensive. Massages are always amazing but with no couples massage discount and the price increase cost us £25 more this time. What a shame.
I was going to be in the area and so I booked for a Swedish massage a few days before. I received a very warm and friendly greeting and was made to feel very welcome. The premises are very clean and well appointed. Everything seems to be well organised and the massage I received was superb; I had both a hip and knee replacement last year but the massage caused me no problems in those areas and it certainly helped my overall feeling of wellbeing. I will certainly go back when next in the area.

Bit disappointed with the massage today. Completely focused on knots in my back repeatedly. No focus on shoulders and head. Not worth £55!
The massages are brilliant, I have arthritis and they are very knowledgeable and experienced. It has helped with my stiffness and pain no end. Highly recommend.
