Ordered from here lots of times previously without much issue but tonight it was absolutely shocking. Not sure if it was due to "new staff" but the food and customer service was appalling.
Food was freezing, it was late, order was wrong and some of it was inedible. When we told the driver it felt cold in the bag he replied that it wasnt his problem and he had delivered it in time without any apology, after 3 conversations over the phone we were told there was no chance of a refund as we had eaten some of the food (obviously we were starving as it was late and wasnt willing to wait nearly another hr for some more) 
Therefore wont be ordering from here again!

Load of old 💩. Burger and chips. The chips were limp and disgusting  not happy at all. All take aways in tingley are shite. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE. if i wanted food poisoning i would of eaten my husbands cooking.

Took over an hour to arrive and forgot our bottle of coke. When we called and asked them to send it since we had paid for it, they said they would come with it in 20 minutes. Two hours later and no coke - called again and the guy who answered was massively rude and lied saying it was on its way. Another half hour and no sign of coke.. to not bother to give someone something when they've paid for it is ridiculous. Food is mediocre.

Dopiaza means onions, 2 little bits tasty sauce very watery and meat very grizzly was looking forward to it as award winning but afraid not for a while

Best pizzas everrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!
Btw people who say there is too much meat and less sauce tell the workers that and they will sort it out if they dont know how  will they short it out .
