I had an appointment to sell my car last Wednesday 25th April 2018 at 6.30pm, after a long day at work ,I thought the process would take long to go through. I was seen by the General Manager Craig Montgomery who was excellent, I was with my young children who get bored easily but they were very happy after Craig offered them some soft drinks and we were able to go through all the paperwork without issues, when we finished Craig arranged a drop off home for me and the kids, this was a very kind gesture after a long day at work, Ryan dropped us home, he was amazing too. The payment only took only 3 working days to reach my account. The customer service was amazing, I felt like a celebrity. A big thank you to Craig and Ryan, you made my car sale easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend your company.

Recently bought my first new car from this branch (VW) and to say I'm absolutely delighted with the whole experience is an understatement. Craig and his team were fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. From walking into the showroom to handover took just shy of a fortnight, which I thought was exceptional particularly for a new car that they didn't have in stock. The video preview of my car when it arrived was a really nice touch and the handover, where they walked me through all of the controls and features, was really helpful. All in, highly recommended.

Purchased an estate of Andy he couldn't have been more helpful, car has been great so far would definitely recommend VW Rutherglen would also recommend the car cleaning set 👍

Never in my life will i use this or any Arnold Clark again!! Took my car in 2 months ago for an mot only and it came back completely covered in scratches!. The service manager agreed to fix this for me so my car has been in twice and twice they only polished and buffed it which did not take out the scratchs! It was booked in a third time to get fixed only for me to arrive their for the new service manager to tell me he wont be fixing my car as the old manager never put enough notes about my car on the system so personally wouldnt be taken liability or using his branch allowance to fix my car! Absolutely disguted with the way i have been treated! the manager was not interested at all so i am having to take this further when it was already agreed to be fixed!

Wrong oil put into our Mazda 6 as part of an Arnold Clark service plan. Also overfilled first time round. Warn them if your car has special oil requirements. Will never go near them again. Update - thank you for your follow up Robyn. We took it to your customer services. They told us they had responded and to go to trading standards. Zero good will. Says it all
