Just collected my new car today. this is the second car I've bought from Arnold Clark Glenrothes. Our consultant Keith sold us both cars, contacted us to let us know off a deal going on as it was almost my time for a new car. Great service great communication throughout. Any little problems that have arisen have been easily dealt with. Keith and the rest of the team are fab, friendly but not pushy. Greet u on arrival but don't bombard u, there for questions or queries but not following u around. Love the videos of instruction on controls as can go bk and watch again. Definitely highly recommend
Was there today for a recall problem. The guy who was behind the desk,Mark, was very courteous and asked me to help myself to refreshments. I was originally told my appointment would be around 45mins and I was there for nearly 2 hours. My car was washed and hoovered in fact it was cleaner than when I took it in. Thanks to the lovely guy who did the valeting. Overall it was a good experience as I was in a warm showroom, listening to Christmas tunes and able to have refreshments on tap. Also had a winter check and a video to accompany the work carried out. Might consider going there when I next change my car.
Just popped in today to view. Met with the Josue who was so kind and respectful to me. Paul Pitblado then assisted Josue as he is fairly new to Arnold Clark, Paul was also great, never once felt pressured by either gentlemen and they both explained everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Arnold Clark and these two employees to anyone thinking of purchasing a car
Picked up my new corsa on Thursday. Paul the salesman was really friendly and helpful. The transaction went without a hitch and I'm delighted with my new corsa. I have taken out 3 year service plan, so no worries for 3 years.This is my second corsa and if it gives me as good service as my last one I will be happy. Thank you Paul and Arnold clark.
Really terrible experience, brought my car in on 27th October with a loss of power fault with flashing engine light and continuous engine misfire, my car is covered under Arnold Clark’s own Autocare which I paid around £400 for, was told I would only have to pay the diagnostic fee if the fault was not found, car was held all day Thursday and Friday and then was told no fault was found and the problem was related to “old fault codes not being cleared” and because no fault was found I would have to pay for the diagnostic, which I did. Within 60 seconds of taking my car off the lot the engine was misfiring, the engine light was on and the same loss of power fault was happening, couldn’t even get to the end of the road, brought it straight back and was told someone would look at it on Monday and if a fault was found covered I would be due a refund for the diagnostic, called on Monday and no one had looked at it, eventually on Tuesday afternoon the fault was found with the ignition coil, a part covered under Autocare and now finally I am supposedly getting my car back tomorrow 3rd November, I have asked multiple times about receiving a refund as the fault should have been found a week ago and I never should have had to pay for the diagnostic, now they just keep saying they will “need to speak with a manager” and are avoiding any discussion of refunding the money I am owed. So in summary I have had to pay out because their own mechanics could not do their job properly even with having their own warranty package and keep being told one thing by then me member of staff then a completely different thing by another. Will not be going back and honestly now can’t recommend anyone bother with paying for Autocare.
Here again with another car getting some work done. Off to a reasonable start and will update soon. Just been updated which is nice. Still some investigation in to the problem. The problem is sorted now and I am very happy. Thanks to all the team @ Arnold Clark Glenrothes. 06/02/19 So far so good. Just getting front and rear mudflats fitted. Very friendly and pleasant staff who make your wait very enjoyable. Great price giving for the job mentioned above. Will update when I inspect the job. Update: A short wait followed and the mechanic came over when he had finished the work to explain to me that i have not to wash the car and drive over 62 mph for 48 hours to allow the mudflaps to adhere. Paid and left felling very happy with the price and the fabulous service I had just received. I would recommend Arnold Clark Glenrothes to anyone and would consider going back for my first service. I bought the car from Peter Vardy Kirkcaldy and this is closer to me Thanks Arnold Clark
Excellent experience! Scott Clark was absolutely fantastic throughout, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us all the way through, gave us a superb trade in price and took a genuine interest in us. Can't ask for more!!
worse car dealership to deal with. purchased a vauxhall Crossland X for 13k car was not fit for purpose, Craig the general manager has got to be the cockiest person i have ever had the displeasure of dealing wirh. very friendly before you hand your money over, then it all changes. The quality of cars they are selling are not properly checked as they say they are. Buyer beware and avoid this dealership at all costs. My car has numerous faults and they are not willing to get them fixed even though its been to another vauxhall specialist garage that have confirmed all faults. They have finally said they will refund for the car but only if i get it back to the nearest click and collect but they are not willing to reimburse me for any expenses that i have laid out. in the meantime. latest is now an engine management light has come on perrys have confirmed its a stuck injector , there was a previous engine management light on this but it was cleared but the faulk was not fixed. Arnold clark at its best .
Absolutely rediculous, called to try and find out if my AWD system switching off was a softwear error , or , as the vauxhall forums suggest, a safety feature, to be told it'll cost £130 just to look at it, really £130 to potentially be told it's just a safety precaution We've used Glenrothes Arnold Clark a lot but never again
What incredible service. So glad I found my new car at Arnold Clark. From enquiring online to collecting at my local click and collect branch, the whole process was seamless and every member of staff I spoke with were exceptional. My consultant Keith went above and beyond for me, even when I decided against my original enquiry he found me my dream car with the specifications I gave him within my budget. No pushy sales tactics or bombarding me with information, just great honest customer service. He kept me up to date through each phase of the sale and their online dashboard made everything so quick and simple that I didn't even need to go to branch to sign anything, which was a good job as it is 243 miles away from me. I can not say enough great things about this company. Their customer service is second to none. Outstanding. Keith arranged a quick transport to my local branch for collection and again kept me up to date with location of my vehicle and time frame for delivery. I also appreciated the personalised videos I received of the car and it's functions. So refreshing to deal with a company with such personal touches and individually tailored customer service. Highly recommend.
