We got really good service there from the nurses in our appointment, and the nurse who took us to where we should be - no complaints there.nI was unfamiliar with the place, no one was at reception, couldn’t check in through the automated system, and had to find a random nurse to ask where I should be. I didn’t like wasting their time for that. Nothing signposted for our particular appointment. My father has memory and mobility issues and it was very difficult for him.

Terrible service!It's been 6 hours from my phone call and still no response from the GP Out of hour.Very slow response!If you go to Craigavon hospital will take less to be seen by doctor,otherwise you can die on your sofa while waiting.
