John (Manager) and Joe our allocated agent are without doubt the most helpful, professional and friendly staff you could wish for. Joe dealt promptly and sympathetically with my initial request for information as my job creates additional friction being away a lot. He was extremely accommodating and quick to offer advice and guidance. Gaining entry is simple and the wide corridors make using the supplied trollies very easy. Excellent business with staff that go above & beyond.

The manager there is the nicest person you will ever meet. But they pretty much lied to me. Told me it was £3.50 a week and didn't even say a £14 a month insurance was mandatory. Didn't tell me I had to bring my own locks, I thought they provided but instead they sold some really expensive ones. Maybe this was common sense but as a person who's never done self storage before, I didn't really know.

We have been using Armadillo for over a decade now and we highly recommend them especially for short term storage as they have excellent deals. The storage is always clean and access is 7 days a week. John and Amy are a pleasure to deal with and our customers always comment positively on their friendly, professional service
