Had a breakfast, nothing tasted like it was freshly prepared, everything was cold, the mushrooms were disgusting. Could hardly chew the hash browns bites and the tomato looked like it had been sitting for days. The sausage didn't taste too bad but it was very dry. I would been better off at McDonald's, what a waste of £18.

staff was shockingly rude didn't look happy to be there didn't really talk to us and when we were waiting to order all of the staff were talking. i ordered to hot dog and chips. the hot dog had a hair on it but the chips were really well done and seasoned. overall would definitely not recommend

Shocking service. The girl had me waiting to order for 3 minutes whilst the guy in front ordered bacon barn cakes.  I asked for breakfast only to be told they can't do breakfast.  I then asked for a bacon barn cake. Like the guy stood next to me.  Only to be told the kitchen is now shut.  I replied by saying 'you have bacon on display'  Sorry sir. Kitchen now closed. This was 12:30pm on a Saturday.  Places like this should not be in business.

Ordered egg and avocado on a bagel and the avocado was so hard and unripe it was inedible and the food was completely unseasoned. Pointed this out to tge staff: nothing. The one star is for the polite service I wouldn't call it friendly and the egg. My advice, if you are uninterested in food don't go into the food business. I am a 1st time and last time customer who often stops at Reading services. I'd have ordered something else had you simply told me there was no ripe avo. If you want to keep customers don't make them feel cheated.

M1 Services. Dirty tables cold coffee. Ordered veg breakfast sausage was hot the rest of the breakfast barely warm. Staff pleasant but will not revisit.

Lovely breakfast - I went for small English 6.49.  Great service.  Shame that they could not wait until we'd finished to sort out menus ... otherwise all good. In fact great for motorway! !!

didnt know what to expect but my breakfast was lovely and hot and tasty and my wifes meal was also excellent,staff were freindly would certainly recommend as great value.

Recommend their bacon rolls, crusty topped and red/brown sauce bottles on far right of counter. Enjoy xXx

Bad customer service, steak taste wierd and smells wierd! Many other options other than this, stay away!

Has to be one of the best cafés I have been to particularly considering its in a motorway services. Well done
