Unnecessarily rude.

Got a card saying there was a parcel to be collected, so had to go there. I did not get a greeting, and was not asked how I could be helped, he just put his hand and snatched the card and disappeared to find the parcel and then handed over the parcel without a word. He really needs to go on a Customer Service course.

Usually go to Stotfold if I need a Post Office.

Appallingly rude.  Deliberately make you wait for no reason.  As post office which retains your parcels you have no choice sadly.

Very rude, tried to make me feel stupid, rolling eyes at me, do not like going in there, no choice only post office in the village sadly.
