I purchased coroshungles from roofing megastore and roofing superstore. both times I never received delivery dates. both times deliveries were longer than the Web stores committed to. both companies simply sent the orders on to Ariel plastics who are SLOW. the instruction video and the instructions on the shingle packs omit a vital step. the removal of an almost invisible plastic cover over a rear tar strip before the shingle is used. REALLY REALLY BAD. Aries plastics do bot seem to care about their customers.
The roofing system isn't very well designed. For example it's obvious when you look at the fitment of the end caps that they're never going to stay in place. The glazing bars slip over time too. Also paid a premium for coloured glazing bars which have faded badly over just a few years in sunlight. Poor quality product. Market leaders in building products, how? The glazing bars have all faded whatever direction relative to the weather they've been installed. Coloured UPVC double glazing installed in the same location for longer is fine.
So roof sheets all OK. Although dumped outside my house could of easily been stolen. Then they told me I needed special fixings with foam fillers.this is not correct as with foam fillers there is an 8mm difference making the spacer pointless and the screw only having 20mm in the timber. Not much help when question. I don't believe this company knows much about there products.
Love this company have used them for years now and never let me down
Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, poor customer service totally incompetent chasing any order with a definitive answer as where and when it will be delivered. I had to hire a van myself drive over 100miles to collect from their delivery company and deliver the product myself because unlike this company we go above and beyond for our customers !!!
We ordered corrugated roof sheeting via Roofing Mega stores ,which was not delivered with no explanation.Then we were told we had no access despite being on a main road with a bus route that both large lorries and double deckers buses use. We have had to cancel after a week of waiting. Apparently you deal with the transport. Carol Hind.
We had order a few hundred pounds worth of roofing materials from this bunch to be delivered today. When we were making the order we made it clear from the outset that the site was not manned and would it be possible to be given a head ups as to how close they were.We were told more than once that we would receive a text message or even possible a phone call ninety minutes before the delivery but oh no! My colleague receives a phone call from an angry delivery man asking if he is at the job before my colleague can reply,the delivery man spits out its that our order is going back to dispatch and hangs up, If he,d had the courtesy to wait he would have found my colleague was literally two minutes away round the corner and the events manager was in her office upstairs. Which has lead us to believe he hasn't even bothered to knock on the premises.Did he just get out of bed the wrong way this morning? Now we are being told the delivery will take till Monday but they have refused to even phone or text when they are getting close to Manchester and want someone to be on the premises from half past eight until at least six o'clock.THEY are coming from Chesterfield,on a Monday morning and expect to get to Manchester for half eight!!!!
Plastic sheeting keeps being delivered broken. Waited a month now for a replacement sheet. Keep being fobbed off. Only recieved one phonecall.No apology whatsoever from the company. was told replacement sheet would arrive today. Guess what IT NEVER TURNED UP! Useless company use at your peril
Had a problem with their product. Sent several e-mails ,proof of purchase and photos of the fault as requested After many weeks it's still not resolved. Waste of time contacting them. Save your money and buy another brand. Very poor customer service.
Do not order from this company as thy6e do not deliver as promised and only deliver once a week on a Tuesday and prior to delivery they do not inform you of any timescales at all and if you are not in the delivery goes back and then they do not deliver for another week I placed an order on 6/4/2023 and they did not look to deliver until 18/4/2023 and when they could not deliver as no one was pre informed at the delivery address they took the order back and no one took ownership on re delivering the order
