Had a few items to return and had a male manager who was very polite helpful and 1 item I lost the receipt but he went through my account and found it and replaced it anyway as he could see I loved Argos from my purchase history lol , very friendly and helpful but 1 lady thought she owned the place once and wasn't accepting my return that was clearly damaged ! She had me running in circles ringing online for a replacement even though she took my item ! I couldn't give it to the online delivery people as the store had it, had to go back to store and ask for the item back, they no longer had it ! Then the manager came over and sorted it all out straight away , this store is fantastic but there is always that 1 that ruin it for the rest , but still 5 stars ! As I love shopping here always a good range of different products and competitive prices , well done especially to the manager at the time you all work hard and kept calm during the Xmas rush, very professional and nearly always service with a smile
Rude member of staff guy with beard. He needs a customer facing course as he does not know how to speak to people correctly. He was very condescending to my wife. We will never shop at this store again. My advice is to shop online with another company.
Staff cannot do enough very customer focused friendly and professional, it's a busy store but standards are always high well done!
Absolutely disgusted with the lack of manners and professionalism from the manager towards my mother in this store.nnMy mum bought me a Tommee Tippee Advanced Electric Baby Bottle Steriliser-White, from Worle Argos.nThe heating element burnt out in less then 3 days use.nIt was definitely faulty to start with.nnI am a mum of 3, my 3rd being premature so you can imagine how important a Steriliser is.nIt was my fault apparently, I burnt it out in less than 3 days. I used the right amount of water and didn’t have to use it to much in those 3 days. It was definitely not my fault.nnI checked out the reviews for this exact product and I was speechless to see going back to 2020 the bad reviews for this specific machine, burning out very quickly and stopped working very quickly.nnThe manager in Worle Argos was quick to blame me and speak rudely to my mother should be ashamed.nI was without a steriliser for my baby.nAll because of the ignorance and rudeness of the Manager.nnThe Manager would have known that this product is faulty and has lots and lots of bad reviews and in fact, not my fault.nnMy mother retuned it to a different store… Bridgewater Argos, Suzanne offered my mother an exchange or complete refund.nBecause it was faulty.
Slightly more convenient that Argos is now within the Sainsbury's store however the queues are longer and can take longer to be served during peak times. All in all customer service still good and will continue to shop/collect here
