Absolutely disgusted with the lack of manners and professionalism from the manager towards my mother in this store.nnMy mum bought me a Tommee Tippee Advanced Electric Baby Bottle Steriliser-White, from Worle Argos.nThe heating element burnt out in less then 3 days use.nIt was definitely faulty to start with.nnI am a mum of 3, my 3rd being premature so you can imagine how important a Steriliser is.nIt was my fault apparently, I burnt it out in less than 3 days. I used the right amount of water and didn’t have to use it to much in those 3 days. It was definitely not my fault.nnI checked out the reviews for this exact product and I was speechless to see going back to 2020 the bad reviews for this specific machine, burning out very quickly and stopped working very quickly.nnThe manager in Worle Argos was quick to blame me and speak rudely to my mother should be ashamed.nI was without a steriliser for my baby.nAll because of the ignorance and rudeness of the Manager.nnThe Manager would have known that this product is faulty and has lots and lots of bad reviews and in fact, not my fault.nnMy mother retuned it to a different store… Bridgewater Argos, Suzanne offered my mother an exchange or complete refund.nBecause it was faulty.
Slightly more convenient that Argos is now within the Sainsbury's store however the queues are longer and can take longer to be served during peak times. All in all customer service still good and will continue to shop/collect here
Went to the Argos in Sainsbury's to pickup an order paid for online and was treated poorly by the useless staff and ultimately left empty handed. Order cancelled and bought online instead, much easier. Don't waste your time with this useless company and useless staff
BEWARE THIS IN-SAINSBURYS STORE SUFFERS AN INFESTATION OF SEAGULLS. THEY LAND AND SCRATCH YOUR CAR'S ROOF BADLY. IF YOU HAVE A NICE MOTOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE IT'S CLEAR NOTING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THEM, THIS WHOLE COMPLEX IS OVERRUN WITH THESE DISGUSTING ANIMALS!!
The customer service here is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would.nnI bought a pair of airpods from a different Argos on 16th June. The left airpod had a hardware problem so didn’t work.nnI went into this Argos on 24th June explaining my issue and asked for a replacement. I had a photo of my receipt on my phone.nnThe staff immediately assumed that I was trying to give back fake airpods in exchange for new ones. They told me that because the serial numbers on the AirPods and AirPods charging case didn’t match they were fake. Also they claimed that the airpods didn’t fit correctly in the case.nnI was shocked and asked could I please still have a replacement as I bought them from an Argos and they were in a sealed box.nnThe staff would not help me at all and then said they needed a physical receipt to get a replacement since looking online Argos do not require a physical receipt, even just a bank statement is acceptablennI asked what I should do and they said I had to return the AirPods to the Argos store I bought them from. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to visit this store within the 30 day return period. I was then told that I could return them after this and still get a replacement since looking online at Argos I can see this is incorrect so I would have lost my chance to return nnThankfully, I went to the apple store at cribbs causeway and they told me that the serial numbers are always different and that the AirPods are real. They then replaced the faulty AirPod for no charge after I explained my experience with Argos.nnThe staff here are ridiculously unhelpful , I have never seen customer service like this and to just completely make up reasons why the AirPods are fake is shocking to me.nnThis experience has put me off using Argos again, I will definitely never visit this store again.
