Get some staff for god's sake....so slow....a snail could work at a faster pace than their staff!

A little frustrated with the electronic catalogue, having to 'drill-down' to search and not being able to enter a full qwerty style search string but once I found what I was looking for was then disappointed to see it out of stock. Fortunately I queried its next availability and was delighted to hear it could be delivered in the afternoon. I duly paid and awaited its arrival which was within the time scale as advised by text. Great service, very impressed.

Simple shopping. Staff do their jobs properly. Purchasing is straightforward and if there's a problem with the product, returning it is drama free. Very good.

Young lad who serve on the till (tall skinny brown hair) at the weekend was very helpful and customer focus and very polite to everyone he served. Only lost a star as you are no offered a 5p bag when you pay and your then charged at collection. The charge is fine and law but offer it at time of paying for goods not at collection it's more helpful to customers

The senior member of Staff working here is very Rude & so is her Hostile Black female staff member.. They Both seem to have 'MAD COW'S DISEASE'! AVOID THESE MAD COWS!
