Pre-ordered a PlayStation game for my sons birthday. 3 days on fro its delivery date still havnt got it. Can't track it and rang about it. Still no word on where it is or when I'm getting it. Money has left my account right and sharp though. Paid for something I've no clue when I'll revive it. Would definitely shop else-where. Not worth the hassle
Placed an order at the store on 22/12/2025 mid morning told I could not collect the item until 4pm that day. I was working so couldn’t get in to collect. Called on Tuesday 23/12/2025 at 18.34pm to be told that the store was closed really Argos on the 23/12/2025 closing at 18.30pm so much for late night shopping.nI asked your colleague on the door could I please just pick up an order that was placed. It was a Christmas present. His reply was no we our closed can I add he give no customer service at all. I think this is was shocking and offered no Xmas good will to let me pick an order up. I have requested a full refund and will never shop in this branch again.nArgos sort your Christmas opening hours out to accommodate late night trade.
Staff can be a bit of hit and miss. If you are just going to collect an item then it's 100%, if you run into issues though expect to have to argue your case. Place also has no direct parking so makes collecting larger items difficult.
Handsome young man called Luke was very helpful and had exceptional communication and was very clear and knowledgeable. His moustache was well kept and his appearance was tidy.
Appalling service when it comes to aftercare. If you purchase an item and it only works for six weeks you dont expect to be handed a number to ring to sort yourself disgraceful. Just to add customer service isn't on top of the list for this store.
