I had a problem with a brand new product ordered via click and collect to another Argos which I needed to exchange. Tom was really great and helpful and even though they didn't have stock of item I needed for replacement, he got one ordered in for the same day and called me once it had arrived. We opened up the new item in store together which unfortunately showed the same manufacturing fault, so he offered a refund with no hesitation. Great guy and very helpful!
Purposely ordered this particular gaming monitor as it said it was 9am pick up the next day and it's needed asap. After my order the pickup day goes from next day to 2 day. Sounds petty but it's needed asap.
Love having this right in my local town. Makes it easier than having to travel far. The staff are so nice.

Nicola was really helpful and thanks to her being so friendly and professional I would definitely recommend shopping at Argos South Woodham Ferrers. She spent time trying to sort out my queries and dealt with them very well meaning that I left as a very satisfied customer. I did go on to the Argos customer satisfaction survey to say how wonderful she was but after 20 minutes of filling out the forms, it disappeared, might be user error somehow but it was very frustrating, not so customer friendly! Never mind, at least I could review on here. Thank You Nicola.
