Went to the Sedgefield Argos first thing this morning before work to exchange my Faulty PS5 as it was within the first 30 day returns policy and the process and service was brilliant and I liked how the lady who dealt with me was honest and even sorted me with a Nectar Card and popped the transaction points on for me!, great customer service, Thank you.

Don't know who the the Manager at argos today is 4 of January but i think she needs to go on a customer care course because her attitude stinks all the other staff are great if she is on again i will ask for some one else.

Firstly, I ordered an item that said collect today, once ordered, said after 4pm tomorrow which was Sunday and it closes at that time.nSecondly, I tried phoning twice, after pressing numerous numbers it eventually cuts you off. Very poor inaccurate service

Queue of 10 people waiting. Not enough staff to cater for busy Xmas period.nClick and collect should be re named click and wait!
