Easy to park right in front of the shop. The staff are very good and the whole shipping experience is very efficient and quick.

Friendly as long as everyone thought everything was fine. The moment I confronted them with the fact they had given me the wrong product (being good mooded and not expecting any trouble) they turned snippy and were visibly annoyed by my wife's Italian accent. Gave out wrong product as the one reserved online was not available which, however, was not even their personal fault. Reason for return, as written on receipt: customer changed mind...... Reason for three stars: They helped find an alternative product.

Bought a watch a few months ago, the strap has started to fall apart. General manager didn't want to know, basically said it's because you've worn it. As the strap is a feature of the watch I think it'll be in the dustbin very soon. All I wanted was a replacement or something similar, I was even prepared to pay a bit more, so regarding  good customer service, it's not there.
