Went to collect an order that had already been paid and was greeted by the rudest staff possible - went and queued where the sign was for "Collect here if you have ordered online" and was rudely told not to stand there and to queue with everyone else who had not paid etc - what's the point of paying online for a quick in and out process if you then have the wait in a long line with people who are ordering at the checkout? Staff definatly need some customer service training. Think next time I'll order from Amazon or another shop.
I don't recommend ever going here. The customer service is terrible a few times and the worst ever had. I have issues returning stuff that was faulty I had the receipt they just didn't care. This is not PC World no more this is Curry's, they barely sell any computer parts this shop becomes more useless every year they don't even sell standard SSD's no more, some people who work there don't even know what they're talking about. I hate this shop and it's useless.
Sainsburys Supermarket Rhyl are giving a great delivery service to the vulnerable in our local community. Their CO giving regular emails advising customers of their organisation of the Pandemic. I cannot thank them enough for our weekly shopping delivered by their friendly efficient drivers. Thank you to all Sainsburys Staff for your selfless commitment to your customers.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. My daughter had previously ordered an item, went to pick it up and the lady on the till was extremely rude and confrontational towards her. Whilst I appreciate we are living in difficult times, there was no need for her attitude.
Very rude staff and greed of Argos. Can’t even blame covid 19 they were like this before. Bought an item that is faulty and cannot return. No signs anywhere in store to say as such nor was I informed at time of purchase that items cannot be retuned. Staff were very rude about it. I understand that it must be stressful with covid but it’s the same for everyone.
Thanks to the very kind gentleman man on the till at Argos sainsbury’s in Rhyl for putting up my grandson’s scooter as we had issues with it you are a star.
Shocking customer service! Ordered a copy of Sims 4 Deluxe edition in store and told it would arrive in a few days. Waited the few days then recieved a text messege to say my order had arrived instore. When I arrived to collect my order I was informed by the gentleman serving that the text was in fact incorrect and "the guy's must have forgot to add it to the delivery". Now accidents happen and I understand but this was for christmas and the way the gentleman dealt with the situation was what wound me up the most! When I asked the next availible date I was told in two day's time, now having just failed an order I asked will it 100% be here or not. His response, "I dunno". I mean what kind of service is that?! I said leave it and left. In a nutshell, don't bother, they don't!
Disgusted with argos Sainsburys. Well just the manager alan.Absolute waste of space. 5 stars for the rest of the staff.Calls his customers a liar which is disgraceful and refuses to exchange faulty items which are 1 month old. Rang customer services and they were more than happy to help. Choose your staff wisely argos as i certainly wont be going back to this store and wont be recommending to anyone because of the poor service i recieved.
Really handy having Argos in Sainsbury's we use here quite alot, we needed to get some new storage boxes ordered online sent a message when to pick up order the lady helped us out with them which was so kind we always find the staff great here and very helpful recommend here
Went to collect a reserved item from this store and I was served by someone who had less personality than a fish! Absolutely disgusting service!
