Outrageously rude Manager. Very confrontational when trying to return a faulty item. Basically refused an exchange. Inspected the item in the warehouse out of sight, then claimed it was our fault. Thankfully another store saw sense. Will never go back
Been sold 2 £25 Xbox live passes which was not activated took them back and couldn't get a refund and no-one would talk to me about it
The woman working at the front desk was rude and didn't help me much when returning a laptop. It's new but because i turned it on and set it up to test it i cant return it. Turns out she was lying because i called customer support and you can if you just factory reset it
Again have bought items at this store quite recently. The staff were brilliant then. Different staff on when I went back but just as helpful as the previous set of Argos colleagues. Full marks to all at Argos based in Sainsburys in Pontllanfraith near Blackwood.
Excellent value for money & a wide product choice for all budgets.
