I wouldn't bother going back here, only 1 pleasant and help member of staff called Tracy, who then sent my husband to another girl to do a return all she did was tut all the time like it was a bother to her. Then I asked her to order something for me which wasn't in store, and I was asked could I not go home and order it myself I said no and she then preceded quite rudely to ask me why I couldn't, I asked her once again to order it for me and she tuted the whole time. Obviously she could have been doing with some staff training in manners. I would not go back.

I went to argos Omagh to collect my order, when I brought my order home it wasn't what I had ordered, I then went through the whole process of contacting customer service after more time wasted they gave me Omagh argos phone number I have been trying to contact Omagh branch this past 2 hours and nobody will answer the phone. I'm now going to have to make my way to Omagh store to get this all sorted out. I am registered disabled I also have other serious medical conditions this is costing me money to get there and unwanted stress too which is no fault of mine whatsoever. I won't be shopping with argos again.

Wouldn’t buy anything from this place again… bought a tv and asked can I bring it back if it not right and she said yes as long I had a receipt… came back with tv hour later and they refused take tv back and girl served me lied said she told me I could bring it back if was opened… she little liar cause if I knew that I would brought someone with me… go to booths, anywhere but here!

I visited the Omagh branch to buy a garden storage unit. I was amazed at thenattitude of the staff. I am 75 years of age and asked if someone would help me to the car with it as I suffer from a bad back. I was told that they had to look after their back as well and no one was available to help me.nI immediately left the store and purchased the £165.00 item elsewhere

I was helped in Omagh Argos by one fantastic worker called Niall, I would like to thank him so much, he couldn’t do enough for me. I think he was waiting on a lift or finishing his shift, I just want to say if all staff was as helpful &  polite to disabled people,thank you again Niall so much.
