There an amazing team and excellent customer service absolute delight to deal with, excellent service even with a computer malfunction I was informed of this and waited patiently and was helped to the fullest. Brilliant experience top team well done
I bought some earbuds here, unfortunately, they were defective. I brought them back a couple days later and the staff Jay were incredibly helpful, after I explained the fault with them, I was offered a replacement or refund. No hassle, great service.
Bought a Microwave for a friend-£80.00-at Argos in Sainsburys-when collecting a item for myself the next day-found on passing at end of Sainsburys isle the very same Microwave for £70.00 -Argos and Sainsburys are the same company under the same umbrella-after calling customer service and pointing this out-l was given the number to call the Argos store-where upon l was offered a £10.00 refund if I went over -Result-Be careful before you buy check they don’t have the same item cheaper on Sainsburys shelves
Advertised an item on there web site paid our money then three hours later told there is a problem with stock.nTried to ring them direct automated number pressing all directed to end the call can’t get through to anyone.nBut it did say they will return my money in 5 days disgraceful.
Staff very helpful know their way round anything customer require. Just fantastic staff.
