Arrived but it many staff behind the till however I was collecting an Internet order and chap came out quickly to serve, once I worked out where to queue
Recently bought a football for my grandson. Unfortunately the football was faulty and the pump I had bought wouldn't work on the replacement ball. The staff were very helpful, they exchanged the ball and Louis went above and beyond and pumped the ball for me with the shop "pump' allowing me to return the pump I'd purchased for a refund. Thank you.

Went here for a refund on my apple AirPods as got another pair and had the same issue as the first one. A gentleman served me and given me my refund! Thanks so much! Appreciate it
Despite C-19 restrictions, online orders only, staff are managing very well with collections at entrance doorway only, works fine, no complaints.

Very nice and clean store, however there never appears to be many staff available to serve, which can sometimes be an issue.
AVOID AVOID. useless management. Poor customer service. Poor products. SHOP LOCAL and pay a little more
Mistake was made regarding delivery of item. But the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Ordered om line in early pm, it was delivered 6 hrs later. great service.
