Went in at the start of the week to buy something new for myself. Staff were lovely, only waited about two minutes for my item. I was pleasantly greeted by Lisa and Dianne who were absolutely phenomenal. Lisa took the time to string up my item as it wouldn't fit in a bag and I was continuing shopping elsewhere. I had a wonderful conversation with these ladies who made me feel welcome from the get go. They deserve a raise in my opinion. With all the stress everyone's under at these times, it took these ladies nothing to be kind and to listen to what I had to say. I would definitely reccomend this store to anyone just because of Lisa and Dianne. What a wonderful experience. Happy customer.
My kids Hoverboard broke the wheel fell off and buckled, The staff here were simply awesome replaced it right away and put a smile back on my worried little guys face. Thanks Again...
Clean, bright and staff very helpful especially if your item/s are bulky and heavy as they will take them to you car for you. If item is not available in store the staff will find out for you where it is available and will reserve it for you.
Too many items out of stock. I fell for a CASHBACK offer that was not really a cashback at all. £50 out of pocket.
Not the best shopping experience, few staff, long que's, gave up went else where. Sunday on a pay weekend, you've got to wonder!
