Area 51 is one of the best play centres in the area. It's very clean and tidy, compared to other play centres I've been too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's very fairly priced. Also very nice food and drinks avaliable.nWe have been coming here since my son was 5 months old and I couldnt recommend this place enough to any other parents who's looking for a place to take your little ones.
The best soft play centre in the area. Always clean & safe. My daughter is 1 & visits at least once a week. Food is good value & service is quick. Staff are always friendly & work hard, which obviously helps maintain high standards.
Visited today for the first time with a friend and our 11 month old babies. We paid £2.99 each to visit and upon first impressions we felt it was expensive for what our babies could access.nnAfter exploring the soft play, when we got back to our table there was 2 lunch bags which I was very surprised about... I asked a worker if the lunch bag was included in the price of £2.99 to ensure that they were rightfully placed and she said yeah and that they were ours therefore I thanked her and said that was lovely, this restored my thoughts initially about the £2.99 being expensive, I then thought it was a fabulous package.nnHowever, as we walked out to leave, another worker shouted across the room and said that the lunch bags were not ours... I explained that the other worker had said it was and that we had a conversation about it The woman then shouted its not yours, you haven't paid for it!! I had never felt so embarrassed in a public area in all my life... clearly there was a miscommunication between the staff and definitely not on my end as I asked if it was ours before looking in the lunch bag.nnBased on this I will not be returning...nnWe visited Trago Mills soft play afterwards which was free entry for our babies.
Brilliant place for a party.nThe communication before the party was excellent and the staff on the day were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything including setting the table in our chosen theme with matching plates, cups and table covers.nThe children had a good choice of food and they loved the ice cream.nThe staff cut the cake for us and organised putting it in serviettes so we could hand it out at the end.nI would highly recommend Area51, the soft play is always clean and the food is lovely. Thank you
We private hired Area 51 today for my daughter’s third birthday party, I would highly recommend! The booking process was very easy, excellent communication when booking and in the run up to the party. The staff were so accommodating, a completely stress free party! Everything was set up beautifully with our choice of theme, cake cut and wrapped up for us, spotlessly clean, lovely and warm! Thank you all again
