Amazing facilities to tone your body at the gym or with pilate or yoga Debbie is just absolute jewel. Swimming pool for the little ones offers many varieties that I am truly sorry I have grown up so fast. Adults swimming pool is great and Andy's aquaarobics are just what my old bones cherish - water exercises are helping to keep my posture straight and my muscles active. Saunas and steamrooms are offering this sort of relax that not only my body but also my mind is looking forward to every week. Jacuzzi is just amazing and after all of these one can also have a rest on tiled and heated beds. Absolute bliss. Staff absolutely going extra mile, or even two! to assists with all needs and enquiries. Downstairs refreshments area provides exactly what one may need after exercising or relaxing while visiting this wonderful complex. Ample parking area and well thought facilities for less able folks. Flowers beds well looked after, some months looked like a beautiful meadow. I am over the moon for having such great place to come to and to enjoy available facilities. I think that Paddy is very proud watching it from above.
I recently started using the gym at the sports centre and have been a member for 3 months now. I have been extremely impressed with the facilities and staff. The gym itself is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights, and there is always plenty of space to work out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to ensure that the gym is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the leisure centre gym to anyone looking for an excellent gym experience.
Well overdue replacement to the old Leisure Centre. ABM is bright and spacious and caters for all sporting types. Good sized restaurant serving hot food. Outdoor play area is excellent and also has a skate park and a BMX course.
We have been to this leisure centre quite a few times with our granddaughter, now 2 and 8 months. Today we took her to the soft play area, which she always enjoys. It was quite busy while we were there, just after lunchtime. There are tables and chairs and settees for the adults. As well as the toilets near the reception area, there are two toilets in the soft play room. We also went to the outdoor play area, which is excellent, with a good selection of play equipment for different ages. The trampoline is particularly good. We have also brought our granddaughter to the splash pool a few times, which she always likes. There is also a café where we would have lunch after being at the pool. A great place for families with young children.
This Wellbeing Centre is Amazing! Swimming Gym Classes Spa & Restaurant 5Star! The Facilities are Spotless Clean & The Spa is Unreal.. I leave this place like a New Man. The Staff are so Friendly & make the Place.
Brilliant centre, top of range equipment in gym, new pool and tennis courts perfect too. Great value if you get a years membership, pricy if you pay per use!
Truly awful swimming pool arrangement,,one of the worse logistically and despite they charge more than anywhere in my travels ,in addition they allow school children to disrupt their paying swimmers be confined to narrow perimeters like we should. It's as though these women who accompany these kids at there say behave more say over other paying patrons Where in the world do they run a place like that. They disrespect us further by keeping an extra pool for over crowding closed dispite the obvious difficulties they cause to their patrons..not even the spa or solarium gets a try,,always closed where do they run a place like this..nitemare. Thought staff are friendly and informativ it isn,t supported by a corporate positive attitude..stay away if you need a decent place to swim.
Perfect layout,decor,staff were polite helpful , knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Even had vegan and vegetarian options in a lovely cafe which was bright and spotlessly clean ..10 out of 10.
Worst spa I've ever used! Run and used by people who have no idea what a spa is meant to be. It's meant to be peaceful and relaxing, so why is commercial radio blaring through it? The people predominantly men who use it, seem to thinks it's the same as a rugby club bath! Just sit around having, loud, shouty, sweary conversations with their mates.
Great center the staff are brilliant and facilities are really good the thing that spoils the sauna and steam rooms Some member seem to think that everybody likes olbas oil personality I am allergic it is not there place to add it as it spoils it for others and it should not be allowed
