Rooms are spotless, perhaps a little tired and very hot. Bed was comfortable. Service from staff in the hotel was outstanding. Booked two rooms as took my parents up for a concert at Resort World. Walking distance to arena which was brilliant. The food was lovely and the restaurant staff couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you for a great stay.
Had afternoon tea voucher last Christmas and decided to use it at Arden hotel. So glad we chose here. The afternoon tea was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Staff we very attentive and even took photos for us. Never been here before but would not hesitate to come back and book afternoon tea again and book a room for a couple of nights. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon
The hotel is beautiful and my room was clean and tidy. I spent here 2 nights, the receptionist always helped me out. The train station and the airport is about 6 minutes walk. Unfortunately they closed down the highway above the railways, so if I wanted go to the cinema or a casino, exotic restaurant I had to walk a lot. Summertime the rooms can be hot, but the airport is so close so the opened windows can not be a good idea.
A lovely, old fashioned Sunday lunch delivered with silver service. The food quality was excellent and there was plenty of it. A fantastic selection of courses for the price. Service, very polite and pleasantly formal without being stuffy. A really nice place. Thank you all.
I have stayed here twice but around 4 days for each stay, the staff are lovely and welcoming really helpful and on point. The place is a little outdated with no air con in most rooms and no iron to use either. Room service was nice but kinda disappointing that there wasn't a menu in the room as I did have to walk to the reception to order.. room service.... Overall nice stay beds nice but can't really say much else
Absolutely excellent stay, the reception team in particular were extremely helpful. I was really pleased to find the room was completely immaculate and the bed was SO comfy! Tea and coffee and nice touch with the tasty biscuits! Breakfast wasn't included but for an extra £10 each we had a really delicious full English. Probably one of the best things about The Arden is the location, 10 minute walk from the train station, world resorts arena is probably a 20 minute walk but to be honest AtoB Taxis are so reasonable I wouldn't brave the cold! I really have no complaints, Great stay and for less than £70, an absolute bargain, would stay again 100%!
What a lovely hotel. Booked 2 rooms while we were at an event nearby. Resorts world arena. The rooms were clean and warm with decent glazing to prevent the majority of the traffic noise outside our windows. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar was open late which was a nice surprise considering we were late getting back and figured it would have been closed. Great breakfast the following morning, very good value. Totally ecommend this hotel. We will be staying again for any future events we attend at the arena.
Easy to park your car check in and out was easy. Rooms were fine we had bar meal in the evening which was good value. To far to walk to the monorail to airport so had taxi £10 each way. Location was good straight out of the car park to the M42Rooms: 4/5
Went here for afternoon tea, with my better half, daughter and her friend. Was a birthday gift from said daughter to her mom. We had a lovely time there & the young lady serving us was good, as was the food & drinks. May well do that again!!Service: 5/5
Lovely hotel. The room was pleasant. The cups handle were studip as they were round and nearly split the tea. Not sure if it was the water but tea gross at breakfast other that lovely stay.Rooms: 4/5
