We recently purchased our new home through Arden Bromsgrove and the service we received was faultless, and far better than that of our own estate agent that we sold through! They were professional but friendly throughout. From initial viewings with Lauren and Victoria who were both lovely and Jayne in particular who dealt with all of our sale was fantastic. When there were delays and issues at our end of the chain, Jayne helped to put my mind at ease - again, more than my own estate agent! Unprofessional Appalling service. I have had a very disappointing experience with Arden Estates from the very beginning, primarily due to poor communication from Ms. Savannah. Despite multiple calls and emails, I received no proper response.nnAfter my initial offer was rejected, I reached out via email and followed up with a call just a couple of days later to finalise the deal. At the time, Ms. Savannah was busy on another call, and I was assured she would get back to me. However, I never received a callback. When I followed up again on Monday morning, I was told, “Leave it with me, I will call you back shortly.” Yet, by Monday evening, I noticed the property had been sold—without any update from her.nnHer responses throughout the process have been dismissive and unprofessional, and the overall service from Arden Estates has been nothing short of appalling.nnAbsolutely disappointing experience.
