Easy, very informative, experienced! My dog is a little very angry Jack and I was very nervous to take him to have his nails clipped and have a bath and basically a once over! I was put at ease, the lady who owned it, was stern with my dog "Woody" but very kind, she advised me on lots of different things that I didnt know and answered all my concerns. I wouldnt use anyone else, it is just a shame she cant offer a dog hotel as well when I am on holiday!
