I used Arden Auto Val yesterday for a quick drive-thru wash and go, unfortunately my car was left with some quite bad scratching on the front bumper that was not there before. I suspect they were using dirty sponges / drying rags. Surely this is in the Car Wash 101, I won't be recommending!!

They are a sour bunch at this place!  Popped in to ask about their services and was told 'It's on the board', tried to talk to a guy who reluctantly answered me until he got the evil eye from the woman who seems to be in charge and he left me in mid-sentence!  She didn't even acknowledge me!  Maybe they got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning but I certainly won't be taking my business there.
