Dr Green, was very good during our recent visit, arranged hospital etc, husband needed emergency surgery, back again to get staples removed which also done in a friendly, efficient way by a nurse, due to the seriousness of the illness, was extremely happy with the service received from medical teams involved.
Went in to the Chenist today. First time since I moved back from Leeds, I used to be a patient there. They were so helpful and understanding. Well done to the team at the Ardach Chemist :
Absolutely atrocious care.The three Drs I saw face to face were abysmal. That includes the Dr with the stinking cigarette smelling consulting room.If you try and raise your concerns they will accuse you of ‘venting’.Their lack of knowledge regarding my condition was really concerning.Make sure you know if the Dr you are seeing is a fully qualified GP snd not an inexperienced trainee.They also referred me to some guy at Dr Grays who also had no clue and was very unprofessional I went private in the end and got my surgery.I believe the place used to be good but not anymore.I’ve since moved to another practice, best thing I ever did.
I was provided a good service within a week for what is not an emergency condition, although important to me, it was not life nor death. I was offered a faster consultation but could not make the appointment. The doctors are obviously over worked, as my appointment was delayed slightly, due to my allocated doctor being off sick, therefore all the remaining ones are trying their best to service everybody. I can only commend the doctor who dealt with me efficiently and empathetically.
Busy times the car park can be busy.None the less good health care centre with a good pharmacy
Ardach is a complete joke, I've been trying all day to make an appointment for my daughter and every time I get to 1 in the queue it hangs up on me, no wonder people go to the hospitals because no one can get an appointment to see or speak to the GPS it's rediulous.
This surgery is the worst ever. I have paid national insurance for 50 years and this doctors surgery will not see patients face to face. What the hell are this lot getting paid for.
Not much happening with the GP's but nurses were busy
I hope Dr. Green is no longer there- quite a nasty man.
