I have used them before and so has other members of the family.  We had a real problem with a job that was supposed to take a few days and even though we added a few extra bits that they said they could do no problem in a short amount of time, this took 6 months and they were obviously working us around other jobs and the excuses for turning up were bad, but so was the quality of the work.  After a long battle I decided life is too short and just asked for them to finish the job.  They came back and hid work behind a washing machine that when I moved, I realised they had lied and not done the work.  I now have to get another electrician to complete the work work and do the what they should have done. Just the certificates for some work took nearly a year to arrive, landlords beware.  I will not use this company again and recommend that you do not also.

Very disappointing. After using this firm many times in the past, I suspect they are now getting a bit too busy to bother. Was promised a callback at least three times after leaving detailed messages about some work I wanted done, and never heard a word!

Excellent work done by Miles who is a very pleasant young man, friendly and knowledgeable. Miles always arrived on time and provided various solutions for the job on hand. Excellent electrician and we will definitely use him in the future. I strongly recommend this company.

Arcs and Sparks have done a number of jobs for us and we have always found them to be very reliable and competent whether it has been a small job or a large contract. (Prior Park Garden Centre)
