The manager of this practice, Lynn Lloyd has no customer service skills whatsoever. The practise has a policy that if there are two "failed" appointments then the patient will not be seen by them, despite one of these "failures" was where our daughter had S&D. I'm sure they wouldn't have wanted her to give everyone else this. Their "computer system" that seems to make the decisions for them isn't correctly updated by their staff as according to Lynn Lloyd there were no notes regarding the appointment cancelled. Their attitude is there are a list of people that want to use us, so they just don't care about being reasonable or even polite. When I then contacted the emergency NHS dental practise in gloucester, who by the way were fabulous they asked me before I had even told them my practise if it was Archway dental as they had received so many complaints about this practise. A solid review of this dentists regulations and some immediate customer service training of all staff especially the manager is required - an absolute disgrace to treat a vulnerable young person this way on behalf of the NHS

I was registered with this dentist for several years. They cancelled my appointments for check-ups, at short notice, many times. On the last occasion they did not get back to me with a date and by time I got round to popping in, to book a check-up, a year had gone by and I was told by a very surly receptionist that I would have to reregister. I explained that they had cancelled on me but apparently the computer said no and it was all my fault. I chose note not to reregister and am looking for another dentist; hopefully one with a receptionist that can speak to a customer properly.

Can't say it's a nice dentist hence I changed. NO PARKING AT ALL so you have to pay and park elsewhere. I think it's a bad place to put a dentist. Businesses should be thinking of parking for their customers
