Everything was incredible! The staff was very kind, the food was EXQUISITE and the ambiance was so pretty! If I lived here I would definitely go weekly, 1000/10!!!
By far the best cafe we went to in Kirkwall , so good we went 3 times in 5 days , great food ,fab service and a warm cosy atmosphere made this a place we wanted to be open in the evenings too.Flat whites were superb , my eggs benedict was perfect and the gfs fish fillet sandwich was amazing , just a great wee place , you just need to move it to Aberdeenshire please :-
Burger looked small but was lovely, but chips weren't great and there were too many of them. Definitely quantity over quality.nn[Added post Orkney trip] Turns out its not specific to this cafe, all potatoes from orkney aren't greatnnService could have come with a smile. Will be trying elsewhere next time
The menu choice is great. Everything cooked fresh, home bakes are so good and the coffee is a must have
Breakfast here was incredible! The food was amazing. We walked in and sat ourselves because the staff didn’t acknowledge so think the service has slight room for improvement but the food was definitely worth another trip back. The menu was creative and highly recommend the Benedict. Don’t forget to check both sides of the menu! The mains are on the backside of the breakfast menu.
