Has been revamped inside since my last visit. Feels far more upmarket but still offering great value for money. Cards, balloons, wrapping paper and gift bags, has everything you need
As expected almost Christmas really busy but got served quickly. Pleasant staff.
Nice shop well lit, but I can not understand how they offer you a plastic bag for a price whilst attempting to be environmentally friendly, a better option would be to go back to the old days and offer a paper bag, which is environmentally friendly, put 1p on every sale to cover the paper bag instead of cashing in on the environment
Now it's been done up not a lot of space for customers. Seem to keep saying "excuse me"
The new refurbishment looks great and the store is much better and easy to access. Absolutely love the bright colours and new lay out.
Great selection of cards, gifts and wrapping items, all at reasonable prices. You can get all your party decorations here and order in advance, which is very useful. Staff are friendly and helpful too
It caters for all events. But It is hard to get cards with both words and nice pictures. Plus nearly everyone uses the card factory because it's cheap so people end up with the same cards
I would like to begin by saying how often I use Card Factory and have religiously been a customer for every special occasion and event. However... I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 Star after the disgusting customer service displayed this evening by an Employee called Natalie. After shutting the store at 18:58pm baring in mind the online hours state closure at 8pm she rudely locked me out with customers still shopping inside. The weather took a turn for the worse and started heavily raining and with me having no shelter or coat I ended up drenched from the downpour. I asked on multiple occasions to be let inside to have a conversation with the employee in person rather than through a glass door, and to shelter from the weather however she continued to refuse and rudely argued with me through the glass. This resulting in my work uniform and shoes being completely ruined. Regardless of the new store timings which I was unaware of due to no notices/signage online or on the exterior of the store I was still at the door 2 minutes prior to the new closure time and should not have been refused entry or to purchase. This is by far the worse encounter of disgusting customer service I have ever had and Card Factory should be appauled with how belittled I felt from their employee Natalie.
There is a card for every occasion and reasonably priced.
