Great service very friendly staff would definitely shop there again
Buying was ok. I formed that bed would be taken in and built and old bed removed....we didn't need old bed removed however 1 delivery guys don't build and 2 you have to pay extra and book some1 to come and build it. None of which we were informed of at time of purchase. Needing 2nd new bed for another room won't be in a hurry to return here. Very poor after sales couldn't be bothered to ring back when they said they would.
Staff very friendly but do they know their stuff? Me thinks not. Like Susan Clelland i was informed my bed would be built but it wasn't. I spent over £2000 on bedroom furniture. I received a phone call the next week,I think, telling me the fabric to make my bed was out of stock. I said I would have to cancel the order and by 6.20pm that night the fabric had been sourced. Sounded a bit suss but hey I was getting my new bedroom. Furniture came missing a pouffe which I had been told about and missing a free mattress protector. I did eventually get to speak to a manager called Scott who wasn't interested in what I had to say. He was just saying they had delivered my furniture in the specified time. Well pouffe arrived today with said mattress protector and guess what??? It's the wrong colour. Phoned the Dundee store who said they'd phone right back. That was 15minutes ago. Avoid this company like the plague.
Great value for money. Good range of beds to view in store. Staff were very helpful and i am very pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend
Ordering process was easy and everything went ahead as planned. All very smooth and professional. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
This has to be the worst furniture I have bought. Drawers are out of line and no way of adjustment without taken apart.
