Basically I have bought a watch from this shop Arch House Collectables and it does not work it is unfit for purpose I have tried to telephone for the last four days to speak to someone the lady on Tuesday said their will be somebody in on Wednesday afternoon, I have tried to phone all day since then and the phone just continues to rings out , same this morning, now it is constantly engaged, as I live 7 hours away It is very difficult for me to get in touch with them to either repair or refund this £95 watch which was bought for my 82 year old mothers birthday, I am so upset at the principal of them not even acknowledging me or the phone. First time I have been to Tenby and this is the memory i have
