Arcana has a great group of staff looking after you from your hair to eyebrows to nails. Always polite and friendly at all times and as regular members of the saloon you never have a problem with booking or changing an appointment. The only drawback I have is that it is a long way from any carpark and if you are unlucky enough to need to go on a Saturday then the bottom of Winchester high Street will be your only option. Neither the saloon or the distance is disabled friendly, distance speaks for itself and the saloon has steeps to enter and a long narrow and steep staircase to negotiate to get up to some of the treatments. I would of given 5 stars if wasn't for those two problems.

Got my balayage and a cut done here for the first time and absolutely love it. All the girls are lovely. So impressed I have chosen them to do my wedding hair!
