Amazing service - moth enjoyed my circular sheepskin rug but I did not as it meant handfuls of the wool could be pulled away from the skin. Arcadia did a stunning job in putting it all back together and you would have no idea of how it had suffered. They also gave it a very careful clean and were so understanding with my delay in coming to collect it. I am so delighted to have found them - thank you so much for your determination and dedication

I recently took my old Persian Rug in to be cleaned as it hadn't been cleaned since we bought it 20 odd years ago. Wow! I was amazed with the results and how beautiful it now looks! Derek and Sian were amazing from start to finish. Both extremely knowledgeable about rugs and the service was fantastic. I will now have my rug cleaned more often to keep it looking great. Thanks again and I'll see you again soon with my other rug.

Really skilled in cleaning dirty rugs, great service and reasonable cost

Excellent cleaning of pale grey wool and viscose rug; has completely refreshed the look of the room. Also very efficient and personal service. Would thoroughly recommend Arcadia Rug Spa.
