I work at Heatandplumb.com and I talked to Mal Davies this afternoon who had a customer come into him to order a towel rail from us, because his customer did not speak English he placed the order for her.  There was no money in placing the order for him or the company, Mal was just helping a customer and doing a good deed...  And it was a pleasuure dealing with you

Always a good experience Helpful and if they do not have what we need in stock will order and speedy delivery.

Very poor service from Arcade in Haverfordwest. Our installation of a wood burner has been put back several times now due to the fact that the company was unable to order things to arrive on time. Very poor excuses. If you need to get a wood burner, buy online and cut out the middle man they are very expensive too.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff  in the showroom, with an excellent selection of woodburners for sale.
