Just appalling service, scratched the car, immediately went back, the manager was rude, ignorant, accused me of telling lies to claim on their insurance! This after 50 years in the Motor Trade and me showing him the bright steel scratches proving they were just done. He practically threw the claim form at me and after countless images and e mails they would not accept responsibility without independent assessors at my initial cost. Terrible service
Had my car washed today. Rise water was almost brown and left water marks all over the car. When I spoke to the manager he complained it wasn't his fault, the company only changes the water 2 times a year and to go somewhere else in future. While talking to him 2 other staff kept coming over to have a go at me. Pictures taken less than an hour after. No rain and roads dry. These are only a few.
Fablous! Prompt service. Lovely attitude. Understood English!! Open at 9AM on a Sunday morning too. Will deffo use again.
Our car was really very dirty They did a great job here, hardly recognised her when done lol. I opted for the £5.50 triple wax and dared the ‘final destination’ style car was and survived
Really good bunch of guys, always provide an immaculate job. Went there today and they've installed a new ceramic finish, super shiny! Definitely worth the £19. The interior job the team provided today was fantastic, given how muddy the interior was, from dogs and kids, it's spotless! Thank you all

Had never used this type of car wash before and really liked it. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Only my alloys didn't come up clean, the rest was great. Defo use again.
Never had a bad wash yet and I'm having to go frequently due to birds above my parking space, great team, good price and nice and efficient
I had a good experience today. Paid using a voucher but I still received a very careful pre- wash and friendly service. It always misses a few bits on the roof of my Citroen Cactus because of the chunky roof rails, but overall a nice job. The exit from the wash is very tight and not the best design. But overall it's recommended.
