Have used Arabesque since moving to the area over 15 years. Have always had excellent  customer service when discussing floral arrangements in my price range &  especially at the difficult times when I was sorting out for flowers for the funerals of both my brother & dad. Alison & her staff are happy to help & take time to listen & explain what flowers are available depending on the time of year. They have provided flowers of excellent quality, which have lasted a long time. I  would highly recommend them.

I’m in California and wanted to send a birthday arrangement to a local resident. Alison was all more than willing to help me in my endeavors. She discussed and advised on my unique arrangement choice, managing with our time difference, all while delivering excellent communication and customer support. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
NEVER EVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED AND IVE BEEN TO A LOT OF FLORISTS!!  CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A******** WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND DELIVERY WAS PROMPT AND FLOWERS LASTED FOREVER WILL DEFINITELY BE THE ONLY FLORIST I USE FROM NOW ON.

Friendly staff prepared to go the extra mile.  Flowers good quality lasted ages.  Always delivér on time.  FAULTLESS WOULDNT USE ANYONE ELSE THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE BEST SERVICE OVER MANY YEARS.
